The youth welfare office is not typically authorized to prohibit cats unless there are specific health or safety concerns related to the presence of a cat in a particular living situation. In general, the welfare office's role is to ensure the well-being and safety of children, and they may intervene if they believe a child's health or safety is at risk due to the presence of a cat. However, they would need to have valid reasons and evidence to support such a prohibition. **

Warrior Cats is a popular book series by Erin Hunter that follows the lives of feral cats living in the wild. The cats are organized into different Clans, each with their own territory and customs. The series explores themes of survival, loyalty, and the complex relationships between the cats. The characters in the series face various challenges and conflicts as they navigate the dangers of the wild and the dynamics within their own Clans. **

Warrior Cats do not have a concept of hating other cats in the same way humans do. While there may be rivalries or conflicts between different clans or individual cats, these are usually based on territorial disputes or differences in beliefs rather than hate. The cats in the Warrior Cats series often prioritize loyalty to their clan and working together to protect their territory and way of life. **

Adult cats may attack mother cats in certain situations, such as when they feel threatened or territorial. This behavior can also occur if the mother cat is perceived as a threat to resources like food or shelter. It is important to monitor the interactions between adult cats and mother cats to ensure their safety and well-being. Providing separate spaces and resources for each cat can help prevent potential conflicts. **

Cats and big cats, such as lions and tigers, do not cry tears in the same way that humans do. While they may produce tears to lubricate their eyes, they do not cry as an emotional response. Instead, cats and big cats may vocalize or exhibit other behaviors to express distress or discomfort. Their communication methods are different from humans, so it's important to understand their body language and vocalizations to interpret their emotions. **

Siamese cats are not considered hypoallergenic, as they produce the same allergenic proteins as other cats. However, some people with cat allergies may find that they react less to Siamese cats compared to other breeds. This is because Siamese cats have shorter, finer fur that may produce fewer allergens. Ultimately, whether a Siamese cat is allergy-friendly for an individual will depend on the severity of their allergies and their specific reaction to the cat. **

There is no official police training program for cats. Cats are not typically used in law enforcement roles due to their independent nature and lack of ability to follow commands like dogs. Police forces primarily use dogs for specialized tasks such as search and rescue, drug detection, and apprehension. **

Cats have a good memory and can remember their former housemate cats, especially if they had a close bond or spent a significant amount of time together. They may exhibit behaviors such as searching for their former companion or displaying signs of distress when they are separated. However, the extent to which cats remember their former housemate cats can vary depending on the individual cat and the strength of their relationship. **
